We need your help make the 2016 Va'a World Sprints the best it can be. As a volunteer you will have a significant impact on event delivery and the ability to make the 2016 Va'a World Sprints a truly memorable and positive experience for all. During the event you will be fed, watered, sheltered, loved and appreciated as well as being decked out in our Helping Hand support shirts and hats. To share the excitement and emotion of this unique event with paddlers from around the world please submit your Volunteer Registration Form. We need all sorts of people with all sorts of skills and we would love to have you onboard.
Helping Hands Volunteers
From Thur 5 May Linda Paine will be on site at the Volunteer Administration Tent (VA) and Co ordinating Volunteers. If you have registered as a volunteer but are not yet sure what your role is or where to go please contact Linda. Linda will also have Lanyards and Shirts/Hats for volunteers working across the duration of the event. If you can only help for a few hours here and there that is great and Linda will find you a job but the shirts and lanyards are for the long time helpers.

We have structured the event into Sections. Each Section will have a Section Co-ordinator to organise volunteers as required. While we have some key people penciled in we are still seeking people to fill some of these lead roles.
